TASTING NOTES
A key focus of Villa Maria is to be environmentally responsible and to operate using sustainable practices in order to protect the land for future generations. Villa Maria has farmed Sauvignon Blanc organically since 2010 and gained Biogro certification in 2012. This 2015 Private Bin Organic Sauvignon Blanc is alive with aromas of melon snow peas and hints of gun-flint. The palate is juicy displaying vibrant grapefruit and kaffir limes with good length and balanced acidity.
