TASTING NOTES
Dry & fruity white wine, with a particular taste described as "pierre à fusil" (gun flint).
Some people say that when you drink this noble dry wine, you find yourself after a moment, in a smockey & pleasant atmosphere...

A golden, green colour, the wine has a lot of flowery, sappy aromas on the nose with hints of box & blackcurrant.
On the palate, it is lively, fresh & aromatic, an elegant wine with a long finish marked by the steely flavours.
Often referred to as "gun flint", typical of the appellation.

It is a marvellous companion to shell fish, hams, pâtés, white meats & cheese, or on its own as an aperitif.
